This is my lighter, higher-protein twist on the trend. It keeps that creamy, fluffy, dessert-like vibe while using simple ingredients that actually support your goals. Whether you want this as a post-workout treat, a sweet breakfast, or a healthier dessert, this version lets you enjoy the trend without blowing your calories.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% Good Culture cottage cheese or cottage cheese of choice
- 1 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt Aldi Friendly Farms brand
- 1-2 Scoops 1st Phorm Phormula-1 chocolate milkshake protein powder Get it HERE
- 30 grams Simple Mills chocolate brownie sweet thins
- 150 grams Strawberries chopped
- Fat free Reddi Whip whipped cream optional
- 1 dash Dak's Chocolate Crave optional
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor add the cottage cheese and nonfat Greek yogurt
- Blend until smooth and pour into a mixing bowl
- In the mixing bowl, add the protein powder (1-2 scoops) and the optional sugar free cheesecake instant pudding mix
- Portion out the mixture into 2 small containers (about 164 grams per container)
- Break the chocolate brownie sweet thins in half and place 10 grams into the mixture in each container.
- Place into the fridge for a few hours or overnight preferably (softens cookies & mixture thickens)
- Once ready to eat, add the chopped strawberries and the optional fat free whipped cream on top
