Ingredients
โข 1 cup egg whites (fresh preferred, but liquid carton egg whites work too โ just make sure they are room temperature)
โข 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar or cornstarch
โข 6 packets stevia or sweetener of choice
โข Cinnamon to taste
โข Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF.

While the oven is preheating, prepare the egg whites. Place the room temperature egg whites into a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
