
First make the skinny pizza dough and let sit to have the dough rise.
While the dough is rising, preheat the oven or air fryer to 380 degrees.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper and seasonings of choice.
Portion out 4 ounces and separate into 2 ounce balls
Place the chicken into the air fryer or oven and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Let rest before slicing.
While the chicken is resting, heat up a pan (I use a cast iron).
Take the 2-ounce dough balls and roll out into thin discs..
Once disc is ready, spray the pan with some avocdo oil
Place the dough into the pan and spray lightly with avocado oilm again then sprinkle some garlic salt.
Let the dough cook on both sides until fluffy and lightly browned.
Take the pita/naan and divide the dressing amongst the two followed with the romaine.
Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces then add on top of the romaine.
Garnish with some grated parmesan and some black pepper.
