
Drain and rinse the beans then add to a large bowl.
Take a fork and mash up the beans.
Add the ground chicken, yogurt, mustard, fresh chopped herbs, spices and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together but DO NOT over mix.
Divide into 4 equal large patties.
Spray each patty with some cooking spray and place into an air fryer set to 390 degrees.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and set aside to rest.
While the chicken patties are resting, mix all of the special sauce ingredients together and place into the fridge until ready.
Once ready, assemble sandwich with lettuce, cheese (optional) and special sauce.
