- 1 Small saucepan
- 1 Whisk
- Measuring cups

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- In the small saucepan, add in the water, cocoa powder, sugar and salt
- Mix until combined
- Bring to a low boil and add in the vanilla
- Remove immediately from the heat to cool
- Pour into your desired containers
