 ½ cup Cottage Cheese – whipped in blenderGood Culture brand recommended
 1 tbsp Primal Kitchen Mayo – made with avocado oilor mayo of your choice
 1 tsp Wasabi
 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
 1 stick CeleryDiced fine
 ½ Small red onionDiced fine
 1 AppleSmall dice
 ½ cup Corn Canned or frozen
 ½ cup PeasCanned or frozen
  cup Dill picklesChopped
 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
 Hot Crispy OilOptional
 SaltTo taste
 Black pepperTo taste
VEGGIE/FRUIT PREP

  1. Chop the red onions, celery, pickles and apples
    1. Drizzle some lemon juice over the apples to prevent browning during prep
  2. Set aside
TUNA SALAD PREP

  1. Get a large bowl and add the tuna
    1. If using the brand Wild Planet, DO NOT DRAIN
  2. Flake the tuna in the bowl using a fork
  3. In a separate bowl, add the whipped cottage cheese, mayo, wasabi and rice wine vinegar
  4. Add into the bowl with the tuna
  5. In the same bowl, add the chopped onions, celery, pickles and apples
  6. Add the peas and corn
  7. Drizzle more lemon juice over everything then mix everything very well
  8. Garnish with the Hot Crispy Oil (optional) and enjoy right away or save for a meal prep
