Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
To a blender, add all of the oatmeal base ingredients
Blend until smooth
Spray the oven safe bowl with cooking spray
Add the oatmeal base to the bowl
Take the remaining Crockpot Cinnamon Apples and put into the center of the batter, pushing down a tad
Sprinkle the coconut sugar over the top
Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
Garnish with the caramel syrup, pancake syrup and enjoy
