Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal Bowl
Oh, how I missed these bowls. They are not only delicious, but they are going to keep you full and satisfied for HOURS!
This ENTIRE bowl of deliciousness is only 4 WW points and has 25.3 grams of protein in it.
My Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal Bowl warms the soul.
Here is what you need:
- Quck rolled oats
- Cauliflower rice (Steam in bag)
- Banana
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Vanila extract
- Sugar free caramel syrup
- Coconut sugar
- Baking powder
- Alani Nu Cinni Buns protein powder
- My Crockpot Cinnamon Apples
Here are the cheap and wonderful quick oats I buy from Aldi
This is the cauliflower rice I use, not necessarily this brand but, frozen steam in bags. I steam it and let it cool then measure it up.
Alani Nu plant protein powder is great for this recipe, especially because this one is Cinni Buns flavored and lower in calories.
This is the only unsweetened almond milk I buy. I get it from Costco, and it is shelf stable until you open it which is wonderful.

I always have bananas on hand, ALWAYS!
Cinnamon is another spice that is always in this household.
I love this coconut sugar; I add it to the top of my lattes as well.
This just adds an extra layer of flavor to this baked oatmeal bowl, and it is delicious.
You can certainly use any syrup you want, but this is the one I usually use.
Here is how to make it:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Take all of the oatmeal base ingredients and place into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Spray the oven safe bowl with cooking spray
- Pour the batter into the bowl
- Take my Crockpot Cinnamon Apples and place into the center of the batter
