  • 1/2 Cup Quick oats
  • 1 Scoop Sweat Ethic Vanilla Cream protein powder code CHEFALLIE
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Kirkland unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Crockpot Cinnamon Apples Recipe HERE
  • 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In the containers add the oats, protein powder, vanilla extract, salt and unsweetened almond milk.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Add the nonfat Greek yogurt then Crockpot Cinnamon Apples
  • Garnish with the whipped cream and cinnamon.
