Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In the food processor or blender add all of the oatmeal base ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a greased oven safe dish.
Take half the banana and chop up.
Place and swirl the chopped banana pieces into the batter.
Take the chopped walnuts and sprinkle over the top.
Take the remaining banana and slice in half (lengthwise) and place on top of the batter.
Sprinkle the coconut sugar all over the top.
Place into the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
Garnish with some pancake syrup and enjoy!
