Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 Packet Devotion Nutrition Sinful Cinnamon protein powder or protein powder of choice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt

MIX-IN/TOPPINGS

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Coconut sugar
  • 7 grams Walnuts chopped, optional

GARNISH

  • Sugar free pancake syrup optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In the food processor or blender add all of the oatmeal base ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased oven safe dish.
  • Take half the banana and chop up.
  • Place and swirl the chopped banana pieces into the batter.
  • Take the chopped walnuts and sprinkle over the top.
  • Take the remaining banana and slice in half (lengthwise) and place on top of the batter.
  • Sprinkle the coconut sugar all over the top.
  • Place into the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Garnish with some pancake syrup and enjoy!
