Birthday Cake Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Equipment

  • 1 Mini food processor or blender
  • Small oven safe baking dish

Ingredients

OATMEAL BASE

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower rice
  • 22 grams Alani Nu Confetti Cake protein powder or protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Dash Cake batter extract
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Pinch Salt

MIX-IN/TOPPING

  • 1/2 Single serve cup SF Jell-O Vanilla pudding cup or make own, See below
  • 1 tsp Coconut sugar
  • Rainbow sprinkles

GARNISH

  • Sugar free pancake syrup

VANILLA PUDDING (optional)

  • 1 TBSP Simply Delish vanilla SF instant pudding
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk or water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In the food processor or blender add the oatmeal base ingredients
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the batter to a greased oven safe baking dish.
  • Take pudding cup or pudding you made and put into the center of the batter.
  • Spinkle the coconut sugar on top follwed by the sprinkle
  • Bake for about 20 minutes
  • Garnish with some pancake syrup

VANILLA PUDDING (optional)

  • In a bowl place the instant pudding
  • Slowly add the almond milk until consistency resembles a pudding.
