drained & rinsed
Avocado oil

or seasoning of choice

or seasoning of choice

Garlic salt

DRESSING

Bolthouse Caesar yogurt dressing

Nonfat Greek yogurt
Lemon zest
Splash
Lemon juice
GARNISH

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
On a sheet pan place the drained and rinsed chickpeas on one half of the sheet pan and on the other half place the broccoli chunks
Spray everything lightly with avocado oil
Season with the spices and place into the oven for about 30 minutes
Take out of the oven and let cool
While cooling, prepare the dressing
In a small bowl combine the Bolthouse Caesar, yogurt, lemon zest and lemon juice
Once everything has cooled pour into a bowl
Add the dressing and coat well
Once coated sprinkle the crushed croutons and parmesan cheese on top to garnish
