Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl combine the sugar free puddings and slowly add the unsweetened almond milk until thick. Place to the side until ready to use.
In the food processor or blender add all of the oatmeal batter base ingredients
Blend until smooth
Pour batter into a greased oven safe baking dish (I use a 1 quart size)
Take half of the chocolate chips and mix into the batter.
Take the pudding and add to the center of the oatmeal batter.
Take the remaining chocolate chips and place on top of the batter followed by the coconut sugar.
Place into the oven for about 20 minutes
Garnish with some pancake syrup or eat as is and enjoy
