Brownie Batter Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Brownie Batter Baked Oatmeal Bowl

This Brownie Batter Baked Oatmeal Bowl was like eating a warm ooey gooey brownie for breakfast and it was AWESOME!

What really took this one over the top was the Sweat Ethic Brownie Milkshake protein powder.

The entire DECADENT bowl is only 6 WW, 472 calories and packed with 33.2 grams of protein.

Here is what you need:

  • Mini food processor or blender
  • Quick oats
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Frozen cauliflower rice
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sweat Ethic Brownie Milkshake protein powder
  • Banana
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Cocoa powder
  • Instant espresso
  • Lily’s no sugar added dark chocolate chips.
  • Coconut sugar
  • Sugar free pancake syrup, or syrup of choice

Quick oats are the best thing for baked oatmeal bowls. I grab mine from Aldi because they are the cheapest.

When I buy unsweetened almond milk, I buy this one from Costco. This is shelf stable until opened and it is a great item to have on hand.

When purchasing vanilla extract, I grab mine from the wholesale club stores.

This is the BEST protein powder and tastes AMAZING! The flavor Brownie Milkshake is a chocolate protein powder that is WAY better than the traditional chocolate. Want to try it? Order HERE and use code CHEFALLIE

Cauliflower rice is a GREAT thing to add to these bowls. It is a bulk item, an added veggie and it always takes on the flavor of what you are using it in so it will not overpower the flavor AT ALL.

Something we always have on hand is baking powder and bananas.

Here is the sugar free pudding I love to use from Simply Delish. If you’d like to try them out use code CHEFALLIE at Simply Delish or click HERE

You can find these in some grocery stores or order them HERE

This is my favorite coconut sugar from that I purchase from Shop Rite grocery stores.

This is totally optional, but I love adding this on top of the oatmeal after it is cooked.
