Ingredients

SHAKE INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Scoop Sweat Ethic Brownie Milkshake Protein powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Ice

GARNISH

  • 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip to garnish
  • 1 Dash Dak's Chocolate Crave seasoning

Instructions

  • In the blender add all of the shake ingredients
  • Blend until super smooth
  • Pour into glass and garnish
  • Enjoy!
