I’ve been loving this right after my Peloton rides. Quick and easy and keeps me full for a few hours while I get some things done around the house.
Here is what you will need:
- Blender
- Frozen banana
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Water

Here is how to make it:
- Take all of the shake ingredients and place into the blender.
- Blend until super smooth
- Pour into glass and garnish with some whipped cream and Dak’s Chocolate Crave

- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Scoop Sweat Ethic Brownie Milkshake Protein powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Ice
GARNISH
- 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip to garnish
- 1 Dash Dak's Chocolate Crave seasoning
Instructions
- In the blender add all of the shake ingredients
- Blend until super smooth
