Cheeseburger Gyro

A fun twist on a cheeseburger with less calories

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground beef 96/4
  • 2 tsp Dak's Spices steakhouse seasoning or seasoning of your choice
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4 Slices fat free Borden cheese slices
  • 4 Joseph Pita breads
  • 4 Cups Iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red onions Diced
  • 12 Dill pickles chips
  • 4 TBSP Bolthouse ranch
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • In a sauté pan brown the beef
  • Season with salt, pepper and Dak's Spices steakhouse seasoning to taste
  • Add some Worcestershire sauce
  • Take the cheese slices and add to the beef until fully melted
  • Once melted, set aside
  • Warm up the pitas in the oven or on a pan until lightly browned
  • To the pita add shredded lettuce followed by the cheesy beef, tomatoes, red onions and pickles
  • Garnish with the ketchup, mustard and Bolthouse ranch
