Here is one of the easiest ways to enjoy a cheeseburger without all of the calories.
It is so delicious yet so easy to throw together and makes great for a meal prep option.
It is only 5 WW personal points + 1 gained back and 263 calories for the big Cheeseburger Gyro.
Here is what you need:
- Pita bread (I use Joseph’s brand)
- Ground beef 96/4
- Dak’s Spices steakhouse seasoning
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Borden fat free American cheese slices
- Iceberg lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Red onions
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard

How to make:
- In a sauté pan brown the beef
- Season with salt, pepper and Dak’s Spices steakhouse seasoning to taste
- Add some Worcestershire sauce
- Take the cheese slices and add to the beef
- Once melted, set aside
- Warm up the pitas in the oven or on a pan until lightly browned
- To the pita add shredded lettuce followed by the cheesy beef, tomatoes, red onions and pickles
- Garnish with the ketchup, mustard and bolthouse ranch
Cheeseburger Gyro
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground beef 96/4
- 2 tsp Dak's Spices steakhouse seasoning or seasoning of your choice
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 Slices fat free Borden cheese slices
- 4 Joseph Pita breads
- 4 Cups Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 Cup Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 Cup Red onions Diced
- 12 Dill pickles chips
- 4 TBSP Bolthouse ranch
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Instructions
