In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, yogurt, spices, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, drained and rinsed beans, lemon juice, cheeses and parsley.
Mix until combine, DO NOT OVER MIX (it'll create a dry & tough burger)
Divide into 4 equal burger patties
Place the patties onto a greased air fryer tray or basket
Spray the top of the burgers with cooking spray.
Place them into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying opposite side with more cooking spray
Take them out once they reach 165 degrees internally.
Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving
Serve of your choice of bun or bread along with your desired toppings and dressing
