Chicken Caesar Burger Patties

These we INSANELY delicious!!!!!!

My favorite thing is chicken caesar so I NEEDED to make a new flavor for patties. 

You can have this MASSIVE burger patty for ONLY 2 WW and ONLY 337 calories. It is PACKED with 53.7 grams of protein.

These make GREAT meal prep and very versatile.

Here is what you will need:

  • Ground 98%-99% fat free chicken or turkey
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • Minced garlic
  • Red onion
  • Northern white beans (canned)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Lemon juice
  • Bolthouse yogurt caesar dressing
  • Bun/bread of choice
  • Toppings of choice

You can use either ground lean chicken breast or ground lean turkey breast for this recipe.

The yogurt keeps these burgers from become dry and just adds great flavor overall.

Salt and pepper to taste as always.

Any seasonings will do, I love dried oregano and think it works wonderfully for these patties.

You can either use from garlic and onion or the powders.

These white beans are probably one of my favorite beans. I wanted to add these in for some extra bulk and flavor.

Cheese as always and I need to do the parmesan and mozzarella for this one.

Fresh or dried parsley will do but, fresh is best. Lemon juice to brighten up the patties.


Worcestershire adds great flavor.


The only dressings I use are from Bolthouse, They are delicious and packed with flavor. I like to add some more yogurt to get more bang for my buck without messing with the flavors.

Now to add whatever fix-ins you’d like to add to your burger. I add the traditional romaine lettuce to mine with a few slices of tomato.


Here is how to make it:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, yogurt, seasonings, beans, cheese, parsley, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce.
  3. Mix until combine but DO NOT OVER MIX, that’ll create a dry and tough burger patty.
  4. Divide into four even patties
  5. Place the patties onto a greased air fryer tray/basket
  6. Spray the tops of the burgers with cooking spray (helps crisp up)
  7. Place into the air fryer or 10-12 minutes (flipping halfway through and spraying opposite side with cooking spray)
  8. Take burger patties out when they reach 165 degrees
  9. Let rest for about 5 minutes before cutting/serving
  10.  Eat on your choice of bun/bread with your choice of toppings and enjoy

  • 1 Air Fryer / Oven or oven
  • 1 Large mixing bowl



  • 1 Pound 98%-99% fat free ground chicken breast or 98%-99% ground fat free turkey breast
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Dak's Green Zest
  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Minced red onion
  • 1 TBSP Minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Can Norther white beans Rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh parsley Chopped fine
  • 1 TBSP Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Grated parmesan cheese


  • Bolthouse Caesar dressing or dressing of choice
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt Mix with dressing
  • Royo Bread or bread/bun of your choice
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomato slices


  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degress
  • In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, yogurt, spices, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, drained and rinsed beans, lemon juice, cheeses and parsley.
  • Mix until combine, DO NOT OVER MIX (it'll create a dry & tough burger)
  • Divide into 4 equal burger patties
  • Place the patties onto a greased air fryer tray or basket
  • Spray the top of the burgers with cooking spray.
  • Place them into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying opposite side with more cooking spray
  • Take them out once they reach 165 degrees internally.
  • Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving
  • Serve of your choice of bun or bread along with your desired toppings and dressing
