Cottage Cheese "cookie dough"

If you'd like a sweet protein treat, try making this. It can also be a great no bake cheesecake dip or filling and or cannoli dip or filling

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 Scoop Sweat Ethic vanilla protein powder or protein of choice
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 2 TBSP PB Fit peanut butter powder
  • 2 TBSP Brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 60 grams Lily's no sugar added chocolate chips whole or chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese in the food processor until creamy
  • Add the creamy cottage cheese into a bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until combine
  • Chill for a few hours
  • Enjoy as is or as a dip
