Cottage Cheese “cookie dough”
I decided to make the viral cottage cheese cookie dough recipe.
To be honest, it doesn’t really taste like cookie dough but more like a cheesecake filling or canolli filling/dip.

Cottage Cheese “cookie dough”
If you'd like a sweet protein treat, try making this. It can also be a great no bake cheesecake dip or filling and or cannoli dip or filling
Servings: 8
Equipment
- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
- 1 Scoop Sweat Ethic vanilla protein powder or protein of choice
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 2 TBSP PB Fit peanut butter powder
- 2 TBSP Brown sugar substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 60 grams Lily's no sugar added chocolate chips whole or chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese in the food processor until creamy
- Add the creamy cottage cheese into a bowl
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until combine
- Chill for a few hours
- Enjoy as is or as a dip
