Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Good Culture 2% cottage cheese Whipped
  • 1 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Medium Jalapeno Diced fine
  • 1/2 Small Red onion Diced fine
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 packets Stevia
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 TBSP Fresh lime juice

Topping

  • 1 Cup Cranberry Orange Sauce Click HERE for recipe

Garnish

  • 1/4 Cup Scallions Sliced thin
  • Black pepper

Instructions

WHIPPED COTTAGE CHEESE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the cottage cheese into a blender until smooth.

REMAINING INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl add the whipped cottage cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, diced jalapeno, diced red onions, onion powder, garlic powder, stevia, black pepper and lime juice.
  • Mix everything up and put into dish of choice.

TOPPING

GARNISH

  • Garnish with the thinly sliced scallions and more black pepper.
