1tspDak's Italian Blastor Italian seasoning of choice

Preheat air fryer or oven to 375 degrees
In a large zip top bag or bowl add the non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ranch seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Add the raw chicken tenderloins to the bag
Zip up the bag and massage the mixture into the chicken and set aside.
Take a small blender or food processor and place the light rye crackers, 1 tsp Dak's Italian blast or Italian seasoning of choice, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt
Blend until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add the Dak's Everything But That Salt seasoning and mx with a spoon
Take the marinated chicken tenders and dip into the crumb mixture coating all around.
Place them onto a greased air fryer tray and cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees. (about 10-15 minutes)
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
