Preheat your grill to a medium high heat
Coat the grill grates with some avocado oil
Place all veggies besides the artichokes onto the grill and char both sides
Take off and place onto a sheet pan
Sprinkle the veggies while still warm with salt and pepper
Pour all the veggies from the grill into a large bowl followed by the artichokes
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, fresh chopped parsley, feta cheese and balsamic vinegar
Season to taste with salt and pepper
