Homemade Pizza with Pink Sauce

Pizza is the best, it's even tastier when it's healthier for you but tastes AMAZING!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough Click HERE for recipe

PNK SAUCE

  • 1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 TBSP Aldi marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Mushrooms Sauteed & seasoned
  • 1/3 Broccoli Roasted & seasoned
  • 4 Slices Hormel turkey pepperoni Chopped small
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  • Make the Skinny Pizza Dough and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 400-425 degrees.
  • Spray the cast iron lightly with avocado oil.
  • Spray the cast iron lightly with avocado oil.
  • Weigh out 6 ounces of the skinny pizza dough.
  • Roll out until the edges are covered.
  • Take the yogurt, marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and mix until combined.
  • Smear the pink sauce over the dough.
  • Season the top of the sauce with dried basil, dried oregano and either Dak's Italian Blast or Italian seasoning.
  • Spray the crust with more avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the crust.
  • Take the cheese and sprinkle over the sauce.
  • Add your toppings and place into the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
