Homemade Pizza with Pink Sauce

EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY is party pizza Friday in this household!

If i miss a Friday without pizza, my week isn’t complete. 

You can enjoy this ENTIRE pizza for only 7-8 WW.

Here is what you need:

  • My Bizzy Kitchen skinny pizza dough recipe. Click HERE for recipe
  • Avocado oil spray, click HERE for sorayer
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Aldi marinara sauce, or sauce of choice
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Hidden Valley ranch mix
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Dak’s Italian Blast or Italian seasoning
  • Dried basil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • Roasted broccoli
  • Sauteed mushrooms
  • Hormel turkey pepperoni

Yogurt mixed with the Aldi marinara and seasoned with the seasonings below make the easiest and tastiest pink sauce for pizzas. 

 

Here is how to make it:

  1.  Make the Skinny Pizza Dough and set aside. Click HERE for recipe.
  2. Preheat oven to 400-425 degrees.
  3. Spray the cast iron lightly with avocado oil.
  4. Weigh out 6 ounces of the skinny pizza dough.
  5. Roll out until the edges are covered.
  6. Take the yogurt, marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and mix until combined.
  7. Smear the pink sauce over the dough.
  8. Season the top of the sauce with dried basil, dried oregano and either Dak’s Italian Blast or Italian seasoning.
  9. Spray the crust with more avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the crust.
  10. Take the cheese and sprinkle over the sauce.
  11. Add your toppings and place into the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 TBSP Aldi marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Mushrooms Sauteed & seasoned
  • 1/3 Broccoli Roasted & seasoned
  • 4 Slices Hormel turkey pepperoni Chopped small
  • Garlic salt
