1/3CupNon-fat Greek yogurt
1/2CupFat free cheddar cheeseKraft brand

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside to cool.
While bacon is cooking add the tuna into a bowl. If using Wild Planet brand, no need to drain can.
Slice the jalapeno top off, slice in half, remove seeds and membranes then chop super fine.
Add the chopped jalapeno to the bowl (more or less depending on how spicy you like it).
Chop the scallions and onions. Add them into the bowl.
Add all the seasonings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Next add the non-fat Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese.
Once bacon is cooled off, chop and add to the bowl.
Eat right away or place into the fridge for later.
