Ingredients

  • 1 Can Wild Planet albacore tuna
  • 3/4 Cup Grape tomatoes quartered
  • 3/4 Cup Mini cucumbers quartered
  • 1/3 Cup Red onion Sliced thin
  • 3/4 Cup Artichokes in water Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Athenos fat free feta
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 2 TBSP Bolthouse Italian dressing or dressing of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the tuna (if using Wild Planet, DO NOT DRAIN)
  • With a fork, break up the tuna in the bowl.
  • Add all of the ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
