Mushroom and Broccoli Pasta

for boiling pasta

added to water

Roasted broccoli
seasoned

Sauteed mushrooms

Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth

Instructions
Roast the broccoli in the oven at 425 with seasonings of choice, set aside when done.
Sauté the mushrooms with seasonings of choice then set aside.
While roasting and sautéing, get the pot of water onto the stove top for the pasta.
Add the chicken bouillon to the water
Once boiling add the pasta.
Strain once cooked and set aside.
In the mushroom sauté pan, add both of the veggies back in.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30-40 seconds.
Add the pasta.
Pour the Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and toss quickly.
Put into a bowl and garnish with basil.
