Mushroom and Broccoli Protein Pasta

My personal favorite veggies are mushrooms and broccoli in pasta dishes. I like to always have frozen broccoli on hand to make for an easy roasted broccoli. Put the broccoli in the microwave as directed on the package then roast it in the oven at 425 until golden.

Here is how to make it:
- Roast the broccoli in the oven at 425 with seasonings of choice, set aside when done.
- Sautรฉ the mushrooms with seasonings of choice then set aside.
- While roasting and sautรฉing, get the pot of water onto the stove top for the pasta.
- Add the chicken bouillon to the water
- Once boiling add the pasta.
- Strain once cooked and set aside.
- In the mushroom sautรฉ pan, add both of the veggies back in.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 30-40 seconds.
- Add the pasta.
- Pour the Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and toss quickly.
- Put into a bowl and garnish with basil.

PASTA
- 3 oz Barilla Protein Plus Rotinia pasta dry
- Water for boiling pasta
- 1/2 TBSP Better Than Bouillon chicken bouillon base added to water
PASTA MIX-INS
- 1 Cup Roasted broccoli seasoned
- 1/2 Cup Sauteed mushrooms seasoned
- 1/3 Cup Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth
- 1/2 tsp Dak's Spices Green Zest to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 TBSP Minced garlic
GARNISH
- 4 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped
Instructions
