Instructions
First make a single batch of Skinny Pizza Dough
Preheat oven to 425
Once done, portion into preferred amount. I used 6 ounces for this pizza
Roll dough into a small cast iron that is lightly sprayed with avocado oil
Place the whipped cottage cheese down followed by the fat free mozzarella cheese
Add the chicken sausage and mushrooms
Spray the crust lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the crust
Add the seasonings around the pizza and place into a 425-degree oven
Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Optional
