This dish was super speacial to me considering the base of the sauce was made from tomatoes from our garden. Our oldest daughter also helped me prepare this Sunday feast as well which makes this even more special!

1/4CupFresh basilChopped
Fresh shaved parmesan(Optional)
10ozRonzoni 150 Pasta
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Avocado Oil Spray
Six2 Ounce portions of Skinny Pizza DoughLinked in notes
Garlic powderSprinkle
Spray Butter
Grated parmesanSprinkle

Instructions
In a pan saute the onions until translucent with some avocado oil spray
Add the carrots and celery ( Cook for a few minutes )
Add the beef , Nutmeg and cook all the way through
Turn heat down to low and add the fat free half and half as well as the cashew milk ( cook for another few minutes )
Add the wine and cook for about 5 minutes
Add my sunday sauce or sauce of your choice
While simmering, get your water boiling for pasta
Once ready to serve, add some cheese to the bolognese sauce and some fresh herbs
Serve over pasta

Set oven to 400
I made these with one batch of Skinny Pizz Dough ( Recipe in notes )
I let the dough rest in my microwave covered for a few hours before portioning into 2 ounce dough balls
Roll out into ropes
Knot the rope
Fold ends of knots underneath
Sprinkle with garlic powder
Spray a jumbo muffin pan with some avocado oil spray and plave knots inside. Place back into microwave covered to let rise again for another 30 minutes
Once done resting. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes
Once out of the oven , spray with some spray butter
