PB and Jelly Iced Latte

Your childhood favorite sandwich turned into a lovely iced latte

Ingredients

ESPRESSO MIXTURE

  • 2 Shots Freshly brewed espresso 2 ounces worth
  • 1 tsp Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp Simply Delish sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 TBSP Great Value peanut butter powder

MILK MIXTURE

  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TBSP Freeze-Dried strawberry powder see recipe for specific WW friendly brand
  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free strawberry syrup
  • Sweetener of choice

PEANUT BUTTER MIX

  • 2 TBSP Great Value peanut butter powder
  • 1-2 TBSP Water

GARNISH

  • 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi whip

Instructions

  • First brew your espresso shots (2 oz) and set aside.
  • In your frother or a separate glass pour the almond milk.
  • Add the strawberry powder, strawberry syrup and sweetener of choice to the milk.
  • Mix/Froth until combine.
  • While that is going, take 2 TBSP of peanut butter powder and a little water and mix until peanut butter consistency, set aside.
  • Once the espresso has cooled down, add the pudding mixes and the other TBSP of peanut butter powder, mix until combine.
  • Fill a large glass with ice.
  • Pour the espresso in followed by a little peanut butter mix.
  • Add the milk mixture.
  • Top with the whipped cream and remaining peanut butter.
