PB and Jelly Iced Latte
This combination I wouldn’t thing would work with espresso, but WOW was this delicious!

Here is what you need:
- Freshly brewed espresso
- Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- Simply Delish sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
- Peanut Butter powder
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Strawberry powder
- Sugar free strawberry sauce
- Stevie or sweetener of choice
- Fat free whipped cream

I found out that the Walmart Great Value peanut butter powder is the LOWEST in WW points and calories compared to other brands.

Here is how to make it:
- First brew your espresso shots (2 oz) and set aside.
- In your frother or a separate glass pour the almond milk.
- Add the strawberry powder, strawberry syrup and sweetener of choice to the milk.
- Mix/Froth until combine.
- While that is going, take 2 TBSP of peanut butter powder and a little water and mix until peanut butter consistency, set aside.
- Once the espresso has cooled down, add the pudding mixes and the other TBSP of peanut butter powder, mix until combine.
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Pour the espresso in followed by a little peanut butter mix.
- Add the milk mixture.
- Top with the whipped cream and remaining peanut butter.

ESPRESSO MIXTURE
- 2 Shots Freshly brewed espresso 2 ounces worth
- 1 tsp Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp Simply Delish sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 TBSP Great Value peanut butter powder
MILK MIXTURE
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 TBSP Freeze-Dried strawberry powder see recipe for specific WW friendly brand
- 2 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free strawberry syrup
- Sweetener of choice
PEANUT BUTTER MIX
- 2 TBSP Great Value peanut butter powder
- 1-2 TBSP Water
GARNISH
- 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi whip
Instructions
- First brew your espresso shots (2 oz) and set aside.
