Peach Ricotta Toast Two Ways

Equipment

  • Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • Artisan bread/Low carb bagels or bread of choice

PEACHES

  • 1 Peach sliced
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

RICOTTA SPREAD

  • 1/4 Cup Part skim ricotta
  • Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1 tsp Peach jam
  • Pinch of salt

GARNISH

  • Honey
  • Fresh basil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Slice the peach in half and remove the pit
  • Slice the peaches and place into a lightly greased saute pan
  • Saute for a few minutes
  • Season with a pinch of salt and cinnamon
  • Removed from heat
  • In a small bowl combine the ricotta spread ingredients
  • Place the ricotta spread onto your toast or bagel
  • Add the sauteed peached
  • Garnish with a pinch of salt, honey and fresh basil
  • Enjoy this summer treat!
