Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Quick oats
  • 2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 TBSP Chia seeds
  • 8 TBSP PB Fit peanut butter powder
  • 1-2 TBSP Sugar free pancake syrup or water
  • 1 Cup Non fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Cup My Blueberry Sauce Sub mixed berries, recipe linked in notes
  • 20 grams Simply delish sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix

Instructions

  • In each jar add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds. Mix until combined.
  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt and the pudding mix
  • Add 1/4 cup of the yogurt mix into each jar.
  • In a separate bowl mix the PB fit and syrup and or water until peanut butter consistency. Add evenly on top of the yogurt.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the berry sauce in each jar.
