Protein Pancake Bake with Sausage and Blueberries

or pancake mix of choice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl add all of the pancake mix ingredients and mix until combine
Add the turkey sausage crumbles and 1 cup of blueberries
Fold into the batter until combine
Pour the pancake batter into a greased baking dish
Add the remaining blueberries on top of the batter
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Garnish with some syrup and enjoy
