Protein Pancake Bake with Sausage and Blueberries

  • Baking dish I used an 8.5x12
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

PANCAKE BATTER

  • 3 Cups Kodiak protein pancake mix or pancake mix of choice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Native Vanilla bean paste Click HERE or Amazon link
  • 1/2 tsp Maple extract Click HERE for Amazon link
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 3/4 Cup Egg whites

MIX-INS

  • 2 Cup Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles
  • 1 1/3 Cup Frozen blueberries

GANISH

  • Syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a bowl add all of the pancake mix ingredients and mix until combine
  • Add the turkey sausage crumbles and 1 cup of blueberries
  • Fold into the batter until combine
  • Pour the pancake batter into a greased baking dish
  • Add the remaining blueberries on top of the batter
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  • Garnish with some syrup and enjoy

Recipe serves 8 LARGE pieces
