Instructions
First take the chickpeas and drain, rinse and take the skin off of the chickpeas
Place the chickpeas into the food processor with the pumpkin, tahini, lemon juice and seasonings
Blend for 30-40 seconds then scrape the edges
Season with salt and pepper to taste then blend again for about 1 minute until super smooth
While blending the hummus, take the avocado oil and place the garlic and chopped sage into the pan and cook for about 30 seconds
Place to the side until cooled
Once cooled, add to the food processor
Place hummus into a serving bowl and garnish with salt, more oil (optional) and some roasted pepitas
Serve with veggies, crackers or pretzels and enjoy
