Sausage, Broccoli and Cheese Omelet

Equipment

  • 1 Nonstick frying pan
  • Lid
  • Avocado oil spray

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs whisked
  • 1/8 tsp Dak's Spices Green Zest or seasoning of choice
  • 1/8 tsp Dak's Spices Italian Blast or Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Broccoli Chopped fine
  • 1 Link Boar's Head Robust Italian chicken sausage Chopped
  • 20 grams Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • 20 grams Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese

GARNISH

  • 2 TBSP Wickle's sandwich spread

SIDE

  • Shop Rite light English muffin
  • Spray butter

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together the eggs
  • Preheat a nonstick pan on medium low heat
  • Spray the nonstick pan with some avocado oil
  • Place the chopped broccoli and chicken sausage into the pan to warm up
  • Once warmed up, pour the eggs over the broccoli and chicken sausage
  • Season to taste then cover
  • Once the eggs are almost done cooking, sprinkle the cheeses on top and cover until cheese is melted
  • While cheese is melting toast or place english muffing into a cast iron to toast
  • Top omlet with the sandwich spread
