Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together the eggs
Preheat a nonstick pan on medium low heat
Spray the nonstick pan with some avocado oil
Place the chopped broccoli and chicken sausage into the pan to warm up
Once warmed up, pour the eggs over the broccoli and chicken sausage
Season to taste then cover
Once the eggs are almost done cooking, sprinkle the cheeses on top and cover until cheese is melted
While cheese is melting toast or place english muffing into a cast iron to toast
Top omlet with the sandwich spread
