Sausage, Broccoli and Cheese Omelet

Here is what you will need:
- Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dak’s Spices Green Zest, or seasoning of choice
- Dak’s Spices Italian Blast or Italian seasoning
- Broccoli
- Boar’s Head Italian chicken sausage
- Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
- Wickle’s sandwich spread
- Light english muffin

A little WW hack that I’ve done over the years. You can have 20 grams of each of these cheese for 0 WW. When you weight out 20 grams in the WW app, each of them are 0 WW making you able to have a good amount of cheese for ZERO points. A little hack I’ve learned over the years
Sausage, Broccoli and Cheese Omelet
Equipment
- 1 Nonstick frying pan
- Lid
- Avocado oil spray
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs whisked
- 1/8 tsp Dak's Spices Green Zest or seasoning of choice
- 1/8 tsp Dak's Spices Italian Blast or Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Broccoli Chopped fine
- 1 Link Boar's Head Robust Italian chicken sausage Chopped
- 20 grams Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- 20 grams Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
GARNISH
- 2 TBSP Wickle's sandwich spread
SIDE
- Shop Rite light English muffin
- Spray butter
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together the eggs
- Preheat a nonstick pan on medium low heat
- Spray the nonstick pan with some avocado oil
- Place the chopped broccoli and chicken sausage into the pan to warm up
- Once warmed up, pour the eggs over the broccoli and chicken sausage
- Season to taste then cover
- Once the eggs are almost done cooking, sprinkle the cheeses on top and cover until cheese is melted
- While cheese is melting toast or place english muffing into a cast iron to toast
- Top omlet with the sandwich spread
