Spicy Buffalo Turkey Patties

or ground chicken

Northern white beans, canned
drained and rinised

Cup
Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
30
grams
Blue cheese crumbles
I use Aldi brand

Cup
Nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4
Cup
Fresh chives

Garlic powder

tsp
Onion powder

Dak's Spices Butt Kickin Buffalo seasoning
or buffalo/cayenne seasoning

Frank's red hot sauce

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees or oven to 400.
In a bowl, add the beans.
Take a fork and mash up to paste consistently.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX
Divide into four patties.
Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray.
Spray the tops of the burger patties with cooking spray and place onto air fryer basket or tray.
Place into the air fryer and cook until they reach 165 degrees internally. Flip halfway through and spray other side. About 10-12 minutes total.
Enjoy and serve as you wish.
