Spicy Buffalo Turkey Patties

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound 99% fat free ground turkey or ground chicken
  • 1 Cup Northern white beans, canned drained and rinised
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • 30 grams Blue cheese crumbles I use Aldi brand
  • 1/3 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh chives
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Dak's Spices Butt Kickin Buffalo seasoning or buffalo/cayenne seasoning
  • 2 TBSP Frank's red hot sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees or oven to 400.
  • In a bowl, add the beans.
  • Take a fork and mash up to paste consistently.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX
  • Divide into four patties.
  • Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray.
  • Spray the tops of the burger patties with cooking spray and place onto air fryer basket or tray.
  • Place into the air fryer and cook until they reach 165 degrees internally. Flip halfway through and spray other side. About 10-12 minutes total.
  • Enjoy and serve as you wish.
