Spicy Buffalo Turkey Patties

These turkey patties are INSANELY delicious and makes AWESOME meal prep food!

Only 2 WW and 231 calories for a patty. 

They reheat perfect and are so versatile. 

Here is what you need:

  • Air fryer, oven or pan
  • 99% fat free ground turkey or chicken
  • Northern white beans
  • Fresh chives
  • Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Dak’s Spices Butt Kickin Buffalo seasoning
  • Frank’s hot sauce
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

Here is how to make it:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees or oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the beans.
  3. Take a fork and mash to a paste consistency.
  4. Add the ground turkey or chicken.
  5. Add remaining ingredients besides blue cheese dressing.
  6. Mix until combine. DO NOT OVER MIX.
  7. Divide into 4 even JUMBO patties.
  8. Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray.
  9. Place patties onto the tray or basket and spray tops of patties with cooking spray.
  10. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until 165 internal temperature. Flip halfway and spray other side with cooking spray.
  11. Let rest for about 5 minutes and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound 99% fat free ground turkey or ground chicken
  • 1 Cup Northern white beans, canned drained and rinised
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • 30 grams Blue cheese crumbles I use Aldi brand
  • 1/3 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh chives
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Dak's Spices Butt Kickin Buffalo seasoning or buffalo/cayenne seasoning
  • 2 TBSP Frank's red hot sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees or oven to 400.
  • In a bowl, add the beans.
  • Take a fork and mash up to paste consistently.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX
  • Divide into four patties.
  • Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray.
  • Spray the tops of the burger patties with cooking spray and place onto air fryer basket or tray.
  • Place into the air fryer and cook until they reach 165 degrees internally. Flip halfway through and spray other side. About 10-12 minutes total.
  • Enjoy and serve as you wish.

  1. Just found you on TikTok. Made these last nite and really liked them. Accidentally added the entire can of white beans, but it didnโ€™t seem to ruin them at all. Will definitely be making these again and will be trying out some of your other recipes. Our pics make everything looks so good!
