or protein powder of choice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the oatmeal base ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Spray the oven safe baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the dish.
Take the chopped strawberries and place into the center of the batter.
Bake at 400 degres for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with some whipped cream and pancake syrup.
