Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor or blender
  • 1 One quart oven safe baking dish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Packet Devotion Nutrition Angel Food cake protein powder or protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Strawberries Chopped
  • Fat free Reddi Whip
  • Sugar Free pancake syrup Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the oatmeal base ingredients into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Spray the oven safe baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the dish.
  • Take the chopped strawberries and place into the center of the batter.
  • Bake at 400 degres for 20-25 minutes.
  • Garnish with some whipped cream and pancake syrup.
