This is the unsweetened almond milk I get from Costco. It is shelf-stable (until opened) and have great macros. You can have 2 cups of this for only 1 WW.
You do not need to use the cauliflower rice, but it is a GREAT bulker, you CANNOT TASTE IT and you get your veggies in. I love getting my quick oats from Aldi, they are the cheapest.
Here is the Devotion Nutrion angel food cake protein packets. These are great if you do not want to commit to entire large container of protein powder.
Baking powder and salt are necessary in all of the oatmeal bakes. The baking powder helps with making it rise and always add salt to enhance flavors.
Another great buy from the wholesale clubs. This vanilla is delicious, and it is a great price.
Strawberries are essential for this recipe. You can use fresh or frozen. If you are using frozen make sure to defrost before baking them into the oatmeal. If you do not, it’ll cause for a watery oatmeal when baking.
This whipped cream is the one I use, you can have 2 tablespoons for 0 WW.
