Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oatmeal Bowl

You can have your cake and eat it too!

This entire bowl is only 5 WW and only 392 calories.

Here is what you will need:

  • Blender or food processor, I use the Nutribullet
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Quick cook oats
  • Frozen cauliflower rice
  • Banana
  • Devotion Nutrition Angel Food cake protein powder pack, or protein powder of choice
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Vanilla
  • Strawberries
  • Fat free Reddi Whip (optional)
  • Sugar free pancake syrup, or syrup of your choice

Here is the Nutribullet that I’m ALWAYS using. This little machine is a BEAST and small and a great thing to have on hand. Grab yours HERE.

This is the unsweetened almond milk I get from Costco. It is shelf-stable (until opened) and have great macros. You can have 2 cups of this for only 1 WW.

You do not need to use the cauliflower rice, but it is a GREAT bulker, you CANNOT TASTE IT and you get your veggies in. I love getting my quick oats from Aldi, they are the cheapest.

Here is the Devotion Nutrion angel food cake protein packets. These are great if you do not want to commit to entire large container of protein powder.

Baking powder and salt are necessary in all of the oatmeal bakes. The baking powder helps with making it rise and always add salt to enhance flavors.

Another great buy from the wholesale clubs. This vanilla is delicious, and it is a great price.

Strawberries are essential for this recipe. You can use fresh or frozen. If you are using frozen make sure to defrost before baking them into the oatmeal. If you do not, it’ll cause for a watery oatmeal when baking.

This whipped cream is the one I use, you can have 2 tablespoons for 0 WW.

You can use whatever syrup you want, I like this one. You can have 3 tablespoons for 0 WW points.

Here is how to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add the oatmeal base ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Spray the oven safe dish with cooking spray
  5. Pour the batter into the dish
  6. Add the chopped strawberries to the center of the batter
  7. Sprinkle with some coconut oil sugar on top
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  9. Let sit for about 5 minutes before eating
  10. Garnish with some whipped cream and pancake syrup
