β€’ 3oz. @mybizzykitchen #skinnypizzadough – 3SP
β€’ 17g SF Apricot preserves – 0SP
β€’ 1 1/2T @alouettecheese creme de Brie – 2SP
β€’ My blueberry sauce – 0SP

HERE IS HOW I MADE IT:
πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»
β€’ preheat your oven to 400 degrees with a small cast iron heating up inside at the same time ( I used a @lodgecastiron 6” )
β€’ Once it’s reached to 400, carefully place the dough inside the cast iron and bake for about 5 minutes
β€’ Take our and carefully spread the apricot jam around the dough, then the creme de Brie and the blueberry sauce
β€’ Bake into the oven on broil, just enough to heat up and melt a little ( keep an eye on it)
β€’ Garnish with fresh mint and flaky salt
