Equipment

  • Small cast iron pan
  • Pizza roller
  • Pan for eggs

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza Dough Recipe linked in notes
  • Avocado oil spray to coat pan
  • 2 Slices Borden fat free american cheese slices
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Sliced, Seasoned & sauteed
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli Cooked and chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dak's Nothin But Ranch or seasoning of your choice
  • Dak's Everything But Tha Salt or everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Dak's Oringinal Red or paprika to taste
  • Pure Raw Brands Honey drizzle to garnish
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Have the My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza Dough ready to go
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Spray small cast iron pan with avocado oil spray
  • Roll out dough into the cast iron
  • Break up the cheese and put onto the dough
  • Sprinkle the mushrooms and broccoli onto the dough
  • Season with Nothin But Ranch and Original Red
  • Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes
  • Garnish with eggs, Dak's Nothin But Ranch, Dak's Everything But Tha Salt & a drizzle of honey on top.

  • Air fryer or oven

Ingredients

  • 1 Bagel I used a Keto bagel
  • 4 Roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/3 Cup Marinara I used Aldi
  • 1/2 Cup Fat free mozzarella
  • 12 Hormel turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms Sauteed
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Smear some roasted garlic on the bagel halves
  • Place into an oven or an air fryer until lightly toasted. 350/375 degrees.
  • Place one pepperoni in the center of each hole in the bagel halves
  • Spoon the marinara sauce all over the bagel, then add the toppings of your choice
  • Place back into the oven or air fryer until cheese is nice and melted
  • Garnish with some oregano and fresh herbs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Zucchini shredded
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • 2 Morning star veggie sausages
  • 1 CutDaCarb flatbread Grab them online
  • 28 grams Fat free cheddar cheese Kraft brand
  • 28 grams Fat free mozzarella Kraft brand
  • 1/2 Fresh spinach unpacked, chopped

  • 3 Eggs Eggland's Best
  • 28 grams Avocado
  • Scallions to garnish
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First preheat oven to 375
  • In the microwave defrost morning star veggie sausage patties before browning on the stove. This helps the cooking process.
  • On the stove, sauté the shredded zucchini and onions until translucent and the water from the zucchini is just about all gone. You don't want a soggy flatbread
  • Once veggie sausage is done, place on the stove to crisp up
  • Time to start assembling the flatbread. Grab and cookie sheet, place the CutDaCarb down. Sprinkle both cheeses, sautéed zucchini and onions, chopped spinach. Season veggies with Nothin But Ranch & Green Zest seasonings. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Place the flatbread into the oven until the cheeses are melted. While in the oven get the eggs ready however you'd like them. I seasoned mine with salt, pepper and more Nothing But Ranch seasoning.
  • Take the flatbread out, chop the veggie sausages up and place on the flatbread along with the eggs, avocado, scallions and more salt & pepper to taste.
