Veggie Pizza with Roasted Garlic Yogurt Sauce

The most delicious veggie pizza you'll have with an amazing homemade roasted garlic sauce

Equipment

  • Small cast iron pan
  • Pizza roller

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Skinny Pizza Dough recipe linked in notes
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Garlic Yogurt Sauce Linked in notes
  • 1/2 Cup FF Mozzarella
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted or sauteed zucchini I seasoned with Dak's Nothin But Ranch
  • 1/4 Cup Steamed broccoli Chopped & Seasoned
  • 2 TBSP Roasted red peppers (In water) Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Spinach Chopped & Seasoned
  • 1/4 Cup Sauteed mushrooms Seasoned with Dak's Nothin But Ranch
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Garlic salt to season crust & pizza
  • Oregano to season crust & pizza
  • 1/2 TBSO Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • First make my Roasted Garlic Yogurt Sauce & Skinny Pizza Dough, Recipe is at Mybizzykitchen.com for Skinny Pizza Dough.
  • Roll out 5 ounces worth & pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Smear 1/4 cup of the Roasted Garlic Yogurt sauce on the dough followed by the cheese & veggies.
  • Spray crust lightly with avocado oil spray and sprinkle the garlic salt over and the dried oregano.
  • Bake at 400 for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  • Garnish with parmesan and enjoy

Ingredients

PIZZA SAUCE

  • 110 grams Blended cottage cheese See notes
  • 2 TBSP Marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dak's Nothin But Ranch
  • 1/2 tsp Dak's Italian Blast see notes for discount code

PIZZA TOPPINGS

  • 12 Hormel Turkey Pepperoni quartered
  • 1/2 Cup Steamed broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Sauteed mushrooms
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced onions
  • 1/2 Cup Fat free mozzarella

CRUST

  • Avocado oil spray
  • Garlic salt to taste

GARNISH

  • Fresh basil or parsley
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Set oven to 400-425
  • Roll out dough into a greased cast iron pan
  • Pour and put pizza sauce all over
  • Place toppings & mozzarella down
  • Spray crust with avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt all around
  • Bake until golden brown about 10-15 minutes
  • Garnish with basil or parsley

  • 6.5" Cast Iron Pan

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Skinny Pizza Dough ( Linked in notes )
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 28 Grams Avocado Sliced
  • 3 oz. Chicken ( Used my crockpot rotisserie chicken recipe – Link in notes to recipe)
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberries Sliced
  • 28 Grams Fat free mozzarella
  • 1 Baby Bel Cheese wheel
  • Balsamic Glaze To garnish
  • Basil To garnish
  • Flaky salt To garnish

Instructions

  • Pre make my crockpot rotisserie chicken recipe ( Recipe in notes )
  • Set your oven to 400 with your 6.5" cast iron inside preheating with your oven
  • Slice up strawberries & Avocado ( Set aside )
  • Roll your dough out and carefully place inside hot cast iron once the oven is up to temp.
    ( Pierce dough with fork or knife so dough doesn't puff up) and bake for about 5 minutes.
  • Once pizza dough is light in brown color its time to assemble:
    * Cheeses ( Mozzarella & Babybel )
    * Chicken
    * Strawberries
    * Avocados
  • Spray crust with avocado oil spray
  • Back into oven until cheeses melt
  • Garnish with Balsamic glaze , Basil & Salt
