Stuffed French Toast was a big part of my weight loss journey in the beginning. It’s easy to make, delicious and like I said, it keeps you full for hours. This is also packed full of protein!
Stuffed French Toast
This healthy stuffed french toast is out of this worth delicious

Equipment
- Frying Pan
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Light bread slices I used Eat Royo brand, code CHEFALLIE
BATTER
- 1 Egg or egg whites
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
- Dash Vanilla extract
- Pinch Salt
FILLING
- 1/2 Cup Nonfat greek yogurt
- 5 grams Simply Delish vanilla pudding mix Click HERE for discount

GARNISH
- 1/2 Cup Crockpot Cinnamon Apples recipe on my blog
- Cinnmon
- 3 TBSP Pancake syrup I used sugar free
- 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip
- Spray butter optional
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Whisk until combine.
- In a separate bowl combine the yogurt and pudding mix. set aside until ready to use.
- Dip both slices of bread into the batter and place into a lightly greased frying pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Spray both slices with butter (optional).
- Take the yogurt filling and place in between the slices along with the apples. Top with more filling and more apples
- Garnish with more cinnamon, pancake syrup and whipped cream.
