California Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
One of the easiest and flavorful breakfast bagel sandwiches done in under 10 minutes

Equipment
- 1 Saute pan
Ingredients
- 1 Eat Royo Sesame Bagel code: CHEFALLIE for discout
- 2/3 Cup Egg whites
- Dak's Original Red seasoning or seasoning of your choice
- Dak's Green Zest seasoning CODE in notes for discount
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Borden fat free american cheese single
- 1 1/2 oz Avocado
- Dak's Everything But Tha Salt seasoning to taste, or everything but the bagel seasoning
- Tomato slices
Instructions
- In a low/medium heat saute pan, spray with cooking spray of avocado oil
- Pour in the egg whites and season as you wish
- Making sure the heat is low slowly pull the edges away and tilt the pan, so the uncooked egg whites go into the empty spot in the pan to help the cooking process along
- Once the egg whites are fully cooked, fold over into half-moon and place cheese on one side then fold over one more time into a "triangle shape"
- While eggs are cooking toast your bagel
- Assemble sandwich and make sure to season the tomatoes and avocado with salt and pepper
