Chocolate Covered Pretzel Protein Ice Cream

This ENTIRE pint is 5 WW points, ONLY 289 calories and has 31.9 grams of protein in it keeping you full for HOURS!

This one has to be one of my favorites so far with the sweet and salty combo! The fudge because a wonderful ooey gooey texture and reminds me of a hot fudge sundae.

Here is what you need:

  • Fairlife chocolate protein shake (or shake of choice)
  • Simply Delish zero sugar chocolate pudding mix
  • Simply Delish zero sugar butterscotch pudding mix
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Choc Zero chocolate syrup or syrup of choice
  • Pretzels

Here is how to make it:

  1. Take all of the ice cream base ingredients and mix really well or add to a mini blender to combine
  2. Pour into the Ninja CREAMi pint container
  3. Place into the freezer for 12-24 hours
  4. Once ready to prepare, remove pint and place into the Ninja CREAMi bowl
  5. Set Ninja CREAMi to the “light ice cream” mode
  6. Run that setting 2-3 times until super creamy
    1. Add a splash of unsweetened almond milk in between mixes to help process along
  7. Once creamy, take the crushed-up pretzels and add to the center of the ice cream

  9. Once done, add the chocolate fudge on top and enjoy

Ingredients

ICE CREAM BASE

  • 1 11.5 oz. Fairlife chocolate protein shake or protein shake of choice
  • 1/2 TBSP Simply Delish zero sugar chocolate pudding mix or sugar free pudding of choice
  • 1/2 TBSP SImply Delish zero sugar butterscotch pudding mix or sugar free pudding of choice
  • 1 splash Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt

MIX-IN/GARNISH

  • 18 each Aldi Pretzel sticks crushed
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Choc Zero code: CHEFALLIE10 at Choc Zero

Instructions
